Thailand Ambassador of Freedom Collaborative and Strategic Partnerships Manager at Nvader

Carter Quinley is the Thailand Ambassador of Freedom Collaborative, an online platform which resources, connects and equips the anti-trafficking community across the globe. Additionally, she is the Strategic Partnerships Manager at LIFT International, an organization which professionally investigates cases of trafficking and child sexual exploitation and prosecutes offenders.

An American national raised in rural and urban Thailand, she has a multi-cultural background, having worked among marginalized groups in slum communities, red-light districts, remote villages, and natural disaster zones in Southeast Asia, West Africa and Southern Asia. She also Vice-Chairs the International Child Protection Network (ICPN), an initiative of the UK National Crime Agency’s Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) Centre, made up of various NGOs, including Friends International, ECPAT, World Vision, UNICEF, Save the Children and others. Carter previously worked as the International Liaison at the Anti Human Trafficking Division of the Royal Thai Police.
